"When you engage with a coach the first time there is always an element of connection, will this work? Is this person truly who they say they are and with integrity around the subject you wish to chat on? I have to say this crossed my mind and in all honesty left my mind quickly when Ben and I started our conversation. Ben shared content that took me out of my comfort zone and stretched my thinking.
